Mrs. Lancaster, our Interim COO, is indispensable in managing the daily operations for the Trust. She coordinates diaries, prepares meeting materials, and ensures action items from board meetings are completed promptly. As the main point of contact for the Trust's email and meeting room bookings, she ensures smooth communication and organisation. Mrs. Lancaster also plays a crucial role in monitoring and updating Trust policies, streamlining processes, and handling executive-level complaints and HR issues. Her efforts in organising key meetings, managing performance appraisals, and producing papers exemplify her commitment to enhancing our operational effectiveness and supporting our strategic aims.
