REMOTE LEARNING

In the event that pupils are directed to complete learning at home, please click on the links provided on the grid below and work through the lessons (by watching the videos) in the order shown:

https://www.schoolsforeverychild.org.uk/attachments/download.asp?file=1491&type=pdf

The lessons are designed to be completed sequentially. On Day 1 of school closure, complete Lesson 1; on Day 2, complete Lesson 2, and so on.

This will help ensure learning remains structured, consistent and closely aligned with what pupils would be covering in school.

We also encourage your child to read each day.

We understand that some parents may prefer live lessons. However, we do not offer these, as many families need to share devices, which would make access unfair, and there are safeguarding risks associated with large numbers of children being on live video calls. The lessons on the grid allow learning to be paused, replayed, and completed at a pace that suits each child, which is more realistic and better supports effective learning at home.
