April 2026 - Pupil Senate trip to Houses of Parliament

On Wednesday the 22nd of April, our amazing Pupil Senate visited the Palace of Westminster.
Our Pupil Senate recently embarked on an exciting and memorable trip to the Houses of Parliament, an experience that provided invaluable insights into the workings of British democracy. During the guided tour, pupils explored significant areas of this historic institution, such as the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Our pupils got the chance to learn more about the important role that Parliament plays in our daily lives and the processes behind decisions made in this institution. To commemorate their experience, each pupil received a personal certificate, recognising their participation and achievements. Our pupils represented the school brilliantly by being well-behaved and showing eagerness to expand their knowledge.
